About Us

Bloom Into Wellness began with a health journey and the dedication that came with learning alterative health with new eyes. Kendra Heiss founded Bloom Into Wellness in 2024 when she discovered her battle with health was bigger than she imagined. In 2012s she began learning about her compound heterozygous MTHFR mutation following two miscarriages. Once learning about this gene mutation, she decided to be her own health advocate, and help people understand more about this mutation and to work on their own health. She then became a Certified Functional Health Coach through the Institute for Functional Medicine, as well as obtaining her Certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner. Kendra has an incredible thirst for knowledge and desire to help others on this very daunting journey. She holds an extensive healthcare background from optician, to pharmacy tech to 5x registered, 16 year ultrasound technologist, along with her holistic and functional background.  She created Bloom Into Wellness to share the knowledge she has learned in  decade long journey, and help as many people as she can reach with the ailments they face.
